Will Kelly

Will Kelly is the Executive Director of the North Valley Labor Federation where he leads a coalition of over 60 unions representing tens of thousands of workers in the North San Joaquin Valley. In this role he manages a wide variety of projects aimed at strengthening the local labor movement, supporting workplace collective bargaining, and advancing public policy in the interest of working people. Prior to joining the NVLF Will was an organizer for UAW Local 5810 where he helped UC academic researchers organize and win a contract. Prior to that he was a postdoctoral researcher at UC Davis.
