Victor is an organizer for the North Valley Labor Federation. He got involved in the labor movement as a job steward for AFSCME Local 10. He received his B.A. in Political Science at CSU Stanislaus. He is a second generation Mexican-American raised in the north Central Valley. During his free time he enjoys competing in powerlifting, kayaking, hiking, and reading.
