Erica is proud to be born and raised in Stockton. She is the first in her family to attend college and earned a B.A. in Political Science from CSU Stanislaus, where she focused on Comparative Politics and Political Theory. Her career has centered around serving the community, with experience in education (for both children and adults), community outreach, and organized labor. She has been both a union member and an organizer, and believes that only workers acting as a collective can create the changes they deserve.
